Sea Lily Beachfront Estate

Welcome to Sea Lily, Mariah Carey’s magnificent beachfront estate on exclusive Windermere Island.  Sea Lily has 3 private acres, 400 feet of private pink-sand beachfront, and a spectacular beachfront infinity pool.

The upper level of Sea Lily is built around the dining pavilion, an expansive open-air space with a high vaulted ceiling, fireplace, 13-foot dining table, and lounge seating for 24, all overlooking the beach and pool.  Adjacent to the dining pavilion is the stand-along kitchen house, equipped with Sub-Zero appliances and granite countertops.

On either side of the dining pavilion and kitchen house are the two large and luxurious master suites.  Each suite has a bedroom with a king bed, a full size living room, and a luxurious full bath.

Downstairs, which is partially below grade, Sea Lily has 7 more rooms.    The TV room and the living room, two rooms which are connected, are comfortable indoor lounge spaces with windows set high in the wall.  The TV room is equipped with a large flat-screen satellite TV.

The downstairs of Sea Lily also has 5 bedrooms and 3 baths.  The downstairs master suite has a king bed and en suite bath, plus a door to the side garden.  This suite has a full kitchen finished in granite and stainless steel. 

The downstairs guest suite has a queen bed and an en-suite bath.  Two other downstairs bedrooms have queen beds and share a bathroom.  These bedrooms do not have windows.  The recording studio, also downstairs, is currently set up as an additional queen bedroom.

Sea Lily also features a unique open-air cabana located right beside the beach.  It is screened with special fine mesh screen to keep out all insects.  The screened cabana is furnished with a king bed for those who would like to enjoy the rare experience of sleeping in the open air beside the ocean.

Amenities at Sea Lily include a heated beachfront infinity pool, air conditioning, WIFI, satellite TV (in the TV room only; the other TVs have DVD only), and daily housekeeping.  Cooks and other staff are available.
